My Name is Carly Hurst. I am a qualified Naturopath/Kinesiologist. I am down to earth, empathetic, kind and compassionate. I have a holistic approach and I am committed to helping clients to achieve their optimal health and wellness goals.

I have a special interest in anxiety, fatigue, chronic pain and preconception/fertility.

I grew up in a family who used alternative therapies and natural ways to treat aliments, so I have had a special interest in all things natural and healthy. I started using a Kinesiologist in my early 20’s for anything from feeling stressed/ anxious, going through a hardship/break up to wanting more energy, healing injuries or setting goals to create an amazing life for myself.

I loved how amazingly versatile this modality was and I knew then that it was something I would one day learn and use to help others.

My love for herbs and flower essences came in my mid 20’s after I had my son, I suffered from anxiety and a lady in my local health food store helped me immensely using herbal medicine and flower essences. This set me on the path to study naturopathy because I wanted to be able to help support others.

As a mum, sister, daughter over the years I have turned to both Naturopathy and Kinesiology to help support my family and my son’s health and wellbeing. My philosophy has always been about prevention form getting sick, instead of treating symptoms once sick. I have also been able to help support my family’s mental and emotional wellbeing helping to reduce stress, reduce chronic pain, improve concentration and sleep etc.
